Fire Away!!
FIRE AWAY!!
My group and I were tasked with building a catapult to launch a small mass as far as possible. The catapult was able to propel a small, clay, sphere, to a maximum of about 34.5 meters. We had encountered several hurdles along the way like the destruction of our arm and axle, but we overcame those challenges, and rebuilt our catapult from the ground up with our past mistakes in mind.

What you see above, left, and right is a modified version of our catapult, our old catapult had endured many serious damages such as: a split arm, dislodged axle, and a tiny base for support, which most likel triggered the damages or somewhat of a contribution.
One thing I could have done better is to have shown more leadership because, I've noticed that I am not the best at taking leadership for things, my team just went to grab supplies to begin building, while I was expecting to make some kind of plan or blueprint. I also realized that I need to increase productivity, I am good at staying on task, however, I find my self distracted occasionally.

I have learned many things about my teamates and I, one thing for certain is that I have definitely improved the efficiency of my work, when I'm am in the middle of a task, I can follow directions and grasp ideas a lot more vividly, causing me to be more effective when it comes to accepting new ideas. My team was also fairly accepting of new ideas, they were acknowledged, but they never really payed all that much attention to them.
